Additive Manufacturing technician

This module introduces the fundamentals of additive manufacturing, covering various systems and their operations. It guides learners through the process sequence, from file preparation to printing, ensuring proficiency in managing files and performing essential tasks on an additive manufacturing system. Students will gain hands-on skills to operate basic functions and manage files effectively for 3D printing.

Automation technician for Industry 4.0

This module provides a foundational understanding of Industry 4.0 by exploring the workings of automated machines, plants, and production systems. It covers essential concepts in mechatronics, automation, robotics, and electrical engineering, with a focus on pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC operation. Students will gain hands-on skills in monitoring and installing automated systems, equipping them for roles in modern industrial settings.

Robot machines technician for Industry 4.0

This module equips students with the foundational skills to program and operate an industrial robotic arm. Students will learn to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot robotic systems, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and risk detection during robotic operation.

Follow the next steps to reserve your training session!

01. Fill-in the reservation form

Go to the modules and fill-in the reservation form. Please, fill in it with the needed information and include the peiod you would like to attend the training.

02. You will receive a confirmation email

The responsible staff for managing the phisycal laboratories (The University of Mala and Digital Smart) will contact you in order to define the following details:

  • The lessons you want to try
  • The date
  • How the specific system works
  • The technical details to access the DiTwin system

03. Access the needed communication tools to be guided by the staff and connect with the Di Twin system

You will be asked to join an online meeting during the training session in order to coordinate with the staff. Furthermore a free remote desktop application (AnyDesk) will be used to give you the control of the system.

04. Carry out the specific lesson
